Requirements :

• Degree in Chemistry or other field related 
• Min 3 years’ experience in the compliance / Quality Assurance and Regulatory in Chemical Company
• Experience in handling document such as REACH, FDA, Halal, Kosher and customers questionnaires
• Fluent in English, spoken & written
• Experience in Essential Oil Company is a Plus
• Ability to follow instruction and to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to define issues, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities :

• Handling for Document related to Product and Export Process of Essential Oil Industry
• Maintain compliance with Essential Oil industry regulations and laws
• Providing administrative support to the Sales and Purchasing Department
• Manage compliance information systems and databases
• Providing reports to colleagues when required
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Sales and Purchasing Department
• Accurate product data support, in order to provide accurate and timely product data to both of internal and external stakeholders such as commercial team, supply chain, customers, etc.
• Manage the sample management in order to deliver on time and accurate sample request from customers.
