Accounting & Finance Supervisor

Main roles and responsibilities

• Supervise the completeness and accuracy of accounting entries for all A/R, A/P, tax, and general ledger transactio
• Supervise the company's overall cash flow (payments, remittances, bank deposits, etc.)
• Supervise the compliance at local level.
• Implement and ensure internal financial records are in accordance with accounting provisions and procedures.
• Prepare financial reports & monitors the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Ensure financial information are recorded accurately and conduct analysis.
• Check and ensure financial reports are done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Other assignments given by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in handling finance and accounting. 2 years of experience as supervisor.
• Able to work as a team, independently and cross functional, support the operation/commercial/business partners/HQ.
• Auditor Background
• Familiar with handling high volume of data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced excel)
• Working experience in ERP Software & HFM Reporting.
• Able to converse and write English fluently.
• Able to work under pressure and possess good time management.
• Attention to details, fast learner and good initiative.
