Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa (IJS) is doing services to growing-lifestyle hospitality companies and now looking for MEP Engineer with qualifications and job details below:

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or any related major
• Minimum 3 years’ experience handle different project from zero until finish (such as high-rise building, hospitality, food & beverage, mall, environment, green initiatives, green building project)
• Able to calculate drawings using CAD 2D & 3D, Sketchup, SAP2000, ETABS, BIM
• Good Knowledge of using Ms Office (especially Ms. Excel & Power Point)
• Good Knowledge of using some standard material testing like AASHTO, SNI, ACI, JIS, BS, etc.
• Certified as GA/GP is preferrable
• Willing to be place in the office or field
• Willing to be located at Batam or Jakarta

Job Details:

• Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all MEP-related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs
• Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
• Manages directly and provides engineering and technical support to all the MEP work groups at the site
• Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at a site that may arise at any time
• Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of a job on time at the site
• Responsible for the making progress report and report to Engineering Manager
• Assist in the testing and commissioning MEP equipment
