Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Have experience as Business Analyst at telecommunications industry is a must.
• Proficiency in analysing complex data sets, identifying patterns, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify business challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with software development processes, database concepts, and basic technical terminology to facilitate communication with development teams.
• Proficiency in using relevant business analysis and project management tools, such as Microsoft Office suite, project management software, and diagramming tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate organizational dynamics.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for telco projects, such as new service launches, system upgrades, or process improvements.
2. Evaluate existing business processes within the telco industry to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
3. Analyse data related to customer behaviour, usage patterns, and service performance to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
4. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals.
5. Facilitate communication between business units, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and requirements.
6. Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
7. Assist in managing the change process by helping stakeholders understand the implications of proposed changes and supporting training efforts.
