Key Responsibilitieszz:

• Effectively runs the day-to-day planning on key accounts
• Develops the strategy of highly-effective multi-channel campaigns and monitor campaign performance across all activities and campaigns based on strong insight to create campaign and business impact
• Fully responsible for research, insight, and strategy for each campaign pitch deck
• High-level problem-solving to unlock improvements in every part of the campaign such as insight into numbers everyone else misses, making creative briefs sing, strong vision for how our agency should speak and behave in the social universe.
• Gives strategic direction and executes strategic concepts together with both internal and external creative team
• Great communication and presentation skills, Able to present ideas to both internal teams and, occasionally, externally to clients with structure and parity
• Uses an understanding of commercial opportunities and marketing effectiveness measurements – especially how to link marketing metrics more closely with business outcomes
• Led, nurtured, and grow a high-performing strategic team
• Orchestrating cross-functional agency resources to achieve agency business target

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of working experience in reputable Advertising and Digital Agency and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Strategic Planner;
• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing or Communication, and other relevant field
• Have in-depth knowledge of brand development, know how to make a brand more loved and cross-functional integrated marketing models (includes advanced digital marketing channels)
• Highly experienced in Planning: you would already have a proven great portfolio across the spectrum of industries: in this hiring process, we will be requesting your favorite work in brand repositioning, NPL, strategic twist, how you turn insight into ideas, your most successful campaign, and applicants without a portfolio will be ignored.
• A digital and social savvy that keeps up with emerging creative trends and disruptions across a wide spectrum of marketing thinking, culture, and technologies and is able to give a clarity of ideation on how they could create business impact for our clients.
• A team player. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills. Outstanding written, verbal, and emotional Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast paced, agency environment.
• Experienced in building, managing, leading, and inspiring creative, collaborative, and high-performing account teams
• Willing to be placed in Ancol, North Jakarta.
