PreSales Engineer is responsible for driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise to support the sales process. As a PreSales Engineer, you will work with sales teams and customers to understand their technical requirements and propose solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, delivering technical presentations, and providing technical support to customers during the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Work with sales teams to identify customer requirements and propose technical solutions

• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers

• Prepare and present technical proposals, and bids to customers

• Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and technical issues

• Provide technical support to customers during the sales process, including responding to technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Hosting or Cloud services

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors

• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Strong technical knowledge of Hosting or Cloud services and related technologies

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers

• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, product development teams, and customers

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
