- Ensure all processes in plant are comply to food safety standards, customer requirement, and corporate policy requirement.
- Ensure food contact machines and equipment are comply to standard by visual check, odour check, and cleanliness verification (ATP and Allergen swab).
- Perform CCP and OPRP verification
- Perform raw material and finished goods sampling
- Verify daily GMP inspection by conducting monthly GMP inspection in production, warehouse, utility, and outside areas.
- Support EMP and IPM programme in production area
- Involved in New Product Development process trials
- Lead Project Zero and Golden Six in production and warehouse areas
- Report, follow up, and lead the investigation procedures for any customer complaints, food safety issues, and non-conformances in process line
- Participate in traceability process for mock recall or customer complaints
- Manage finished goods retained sample and dispose as required periodically
- Implement 5S and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Participate in internal audit for all systems in Kerry Ingredients Indonesia
- Participate in and support any customer / third-party audit
- Aware and involve in Food Safety Program, Food Quality Program, and Halal Compliance
- Aware and involve in HSE Programs by:
- Understanding and implementing HSE rules within job area, such as :
- Always wear PPE required when working with chemicals and working at plant
- To always ensure equipment moving part has stopped before perform swabbing
- To read and keep MSDS near whenever working with chemicals
- Attending HSE trainings related to job area and report any HSE incidents.
