Job description & requirements

- Develop and review organization’s Identity & Access Management (IAM) roadmaps, prioritizes and manages programs and
projects with alignment of the organizational strategic and security requirements, technology, and business needs.
- Design, review, and deploy IAM related technology / solutions, and integration with other systems / applications
- Manage and automate user access review / recertification process to various application / process owners on a regular basis
- Design and/or review workflow orchestration tools and solutions to improve effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Provide guidance to Technology Teams related to configuration and deployment of tools requiring IAM integration
- Identify opportunities to optimize IAM environment and provide suggestions on improvements
- Perform identity analytics and dashboard reporting through various tools & scripts on the metrics of Identity Governance & Administration activities, such as user access review, privilege access review, dormant account review, user profile
application review, users provisioning & de-provisioning figures, etc.
- Provide report on regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly

Qualifications:
●5 years of direct experience with IAM technologies
●Strong technical architecture experiences integrating identity management, access management and access governance
solutions.
●Subject matter expertise for Identity & Access Governance including role-based access control (RBAC), access request and
certification.
●Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management including dynamic access, secure enrollment, privileged access
management.
●Extensive knowledge and a proven record of success in managing IAM projects end-to-end
●Experience working with cloud (GCP/AWS) IAM systems is preferred
●Experience working with micro services would be an advantage
●Certifications related to Information Security would be an advantage, such as CISSP, CCSP, and security certifications in
various cloud platforms, such as AWS / Azure / GCP.
●Ability to drive initiatives and effectively communicate and relate to all levels of the organizations.
●Ability to adapt and embrace change in a fast-paced, changing environment.
●Good knowledge of the latest security technologies and cyber landscape
