Responsibilities:

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• responsible for the development and maintenance of applications for mobile devices and web applications.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners across the organization.

Requirements:

• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff 
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 3-5 years of experience as a technical leader.
• Proficiency in server-side programming languages(Node.js, Express JS, Python, React, Angular, VueJS) are all must-haves
• Hands-on experience in one of the Mobile Application Platforms (Flutter, React Native)
• Problem solver with experience in developing Mobile applications for Android or iOS platform
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL databases). especially in MongoDB and its service architecture
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and containerization concepts, including deployment, scaling, and orchestration.
• Proven track record of successful project/product implementation with minimal of 2-3 years of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair programming and Test Driven Development
