Job Description:

Liaise with overseas customer
Prepare all required export documents relating to custom clearance/ entry of the goods procedure are accurate (product terms and specifications in the document in accordance with applicable standards)
Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and readiness of all export documentation (PEB, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Survey Report etc.)
Supervise the export shipment process to the port of destination and immediately coordinate with the competent party to solve the operational problems that occur
Ensure export taxes and processing of export documents are paid on time with accurate nominal.
Analyze and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of export documents processing
Coordinate with Production Department regarding the export schedule
