Job Summary : to Maintain all Process at Oleochemical factory

Role and Responsibility :

• Ensure that all plant electrical and control equipment, weighing and office equipment are in good working order and that their standard of safety shall be maintained continuously to obviate danger as far as is reasonable.
• Carry out calibration works on control equipment and document all readings.
• Carry out periodic checks on all plant equipment during respective shifts to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
• Respond immediately to Production breakdown and ensure all information is recorded in the Safety Work Permit.
• To keep the ECI Superintendent and Electrical Superintendent informed of any changes to the Duty Roster
• Ensure that the company's health and Safety policy is adhered to with the aim being to maintain a safe working environment via SSHE system.
• Observe works carried out by Third Party contractors, ensuring that they are in procession of Safety Work permits and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Ensure all equipment and tool are in good working condition and stored in their proper place after used.
• Ensure effectiveness within the team, the machines and to leverage on any other resource which may be required so that the shift can meet company production targets and meet key strategies.
• Ensure the proper completion of all works assigned either by Manager.
• To perform any task assigned by management when need arises.

Job Succes Requirement

• Minimum Diploma III with minimum 3 years experience in plant maintenance in chemical industry or equivalent or Certificate in Mechanical/Instrument Engineering with min 5 years working experienced.

Additional Notes

• Highly discipline in plant maintenance and experience in project management is added advantage.
• High regard for SSHE and understanding of the hazard study process.
• Ability to motivate operation staff and contractors to meet dateline.
