JOB Description

•      Verify all payment request documents and input all vendor invoices.

•      Handles inventory and cost accounting

•      Understand purchasing / payment process (AP)

•      Preparing , executing, responsible to all accounting activities, administration related to bank

•      Able to manage work priority on timely basis

•      Produce consistent and regular reports/database using Microsoft software for monitoring.

•      Provide accurate and timely financial report.

•      Financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control, procedures include costing.

•      Prepare for annual budget process and capital budgeting.

•      Responsible for monthly closing and preparing report to Management

•       Assist Manager for daily operational.

JOB Requirements

•      S1 Majoring in Accounting with Minimum GPA 3.00

•       Minimum 5 years experience in same position

•      Preferably has working experience in manufacturing

•      High speed and high attention to detail and accuracy.

•      Required skills accounting standard and tax regulation, finance management, balance sheet analysis, accounting and financial analysis, general accounting.

•      Initiative, proactive and dynamic person.

•      Having experience using finance accounting system.

•      Trustworthy, committed and reliable.

•      Able to work independently, and as a team whenever needed.

•      Fluent in English passive and active (oral & in writing).
