HRD Manager - HRDM

Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop operation activities related to HR operational, Personnel, Payroll, Training, General Admin, Legal, etc.
  • Arranging according annual manpower needs and the corporate selection process according to company policies and procedures
  • Monitoring employee development system through training, job analysis, job evaluation and job value mapping.
  • Ensure that administrative records and employee documentation are updated (agreement, Mutation, Demotion, Promotion, Counselling, Warning Letter, etc.).
  • Develop, optimize and regulate Company Regulations and company rules.
  • Control and responsible for matters related to labour and law (industrial Relations, Licensing, BPJS, Labour Law, etc.).
  • Arranging employee relation programs such as handle employee complain, company policy socialization, employee satisfaction survey, sport & recreation, outing, etc.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law/Management/Psychology or related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in HR & GA Manager. More preferred for experienced as HR Manager in Event Organizer, Event Management or Advertising Agencies.
  • Highly experienced in undertaking recruitment, employee assessment & training, performance management, on-boarding/exit and professional development related activities.
  • Quality relationship building skills to develop beneficial, outcomes focused working relationships.
  • Mastered in understanding, developing, optimizing company legal aspects and company rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of HR legislation and up to date industry knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Will be placed to work in Jakarta.
