·      Collaboration with users to create standard operating procedures in each department

·      Analyzing business processes in each department and ensuring that processes run effectively and efficiently

·      Periodically review management document level 1 – 4 accordance standart ISO

·      Conduct socialization with users on management documents that have been approved

·      Conduct regular ISO audits

·      Perform management document control that is still valid and obsolete in each department

·      Make risk register management per department

Requirement

·      Experienced in document management level 1-4 in the mining and trading industry (nickel, coal, andesite stone) min 2 years

·      Involved Performing ISO audits

·      Experience make risk register management

·      Bachelor in any majoring

·      Hold certified ISO 9001:2015

·      Interested in learning new business processes and always making process improvements
