Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating and enhancing new products that fill a niche in the market
• Supporting design activities by developing tenchical images and prototypes for products in development
• Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive
• Create, Develop and implement brand development strategies
• Lead and execute market strategy for Lifestyle Product that will increase customer demand, sales, and brand image
• Responsible for delivering the user/market insight and customer acquisition
• Establish a strong cross-functional network to grow and scale impact opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any field, preferably from Design/Marketing/Business
• Minimum 2-3 years working experiences as Product Development, preferably from Camera /Technology/Lifestyle Industry.
• Have a sufficient design skill will be an advantage.
• Understands market research, product, sales & marketing integration.
• Understands how to position a product within a competitive market.
• Experience in establishing good working relationships with clients, management and working groups.
• Experience managing multiple teams and work streams simultaneously.
• Willing to be placed in Kyai Maja South Jakarta
