• Outlines the company's financial direction and expectations for the next three to five years
• Uses accumulated historical data to predict financial outcomes for future months or years
• Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc.
• Documents how the overall plan will be executed month to month, specifying expenditures
• Develops capital investment policies and procedure, analyses and determines capital expenditure plans and budget
• Maintains accurate spending records and establishes measures for budgetary control
• Compiles and reviews the budget for company wide, taking into consideration actual performance, previous expenditures, and estimated expenses and income
• Analysis Report
• Periodic analysis reporting (financial and operations as well)

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of Finance / Accounting from reputable university
• Experience as finance reporting & budgeting manager more than 5 years
• Experience with oracle system and Ms.Excel
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
