Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the project process and work with Perfumers to develop new ideas.
• Interpret client briefs and set the general fragrance direction for Perfumers.
• Set up action plans for important briefs with clear schedules and ensure that the best fragrances are offered either from the library or through new creations.
• Define fragrances for cunsumer market research and translate results into olfactory guildelines for perfumers.
• Collaborate and maintain contact with other development centers for perfume briefs.
• Contribute to winning briefs by bringing creative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with relevant marketing & sales professionals to keep abreast of trends & customer requirements.
• Be aware of global & SEA trends in beauty, fahion and culture to be able to present trends that impact fragrance & consumer behavior.
• Be up to date on knowledge of all internal creations and systems.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's or master's degree in science (Cosmetic / Perfumery / Fragrances), Pharmacy, chemical or other relevant major.
• At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experiences in the fragrance Industry.
• Proven fragrance expertise in SEA, including olfactive consumer understanding
• In-depth knowledge of one or more categories/market segment.
• Excellent project management skills, high energy and ability to motivate others.
• High flexibility & commitment, curiosity to learn & experiment.
• Innovative, analytical and team player.
