Job description:

- Conduct and prospect new business with potential partners.

- Maintain good relations with partners and collaborate on joint programs

- Deliver new innovations and good strategic plans in order to achieve the sales targets.

- Negotiating, executing, monitoring, and reporting internally and externally.

- Gain market and customer information, and provide the buying trends feedback.

- Maintain new markets, create new business opportunities, and company development.

- Develop work plans, budgeting, execution and reporting

- Handling team including monitoring, guiding , motivating & building positive environment

Qualification:

- Bachelor degree.

- Age 30-45 years.

- Good External and internal communication skills, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Minimum 5 years experiences in business development

- Willing to be placed in Cambodia

- Able to communicate in English fluently

- Social media literate

- Data analyze literate and deliver strategic decisions for business development

- Able to deliver well for Planning-Organizing-Actuating-Controlling skills

- Able to analyze business trends

- Result oriented
