Requirement:

1. Graduate bachelor's degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum)
2. Have experience in a Legal role in a business environment minimum 1 year.
3. Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
4. Able to create deeds and have good knowledge about the company deed process.
5. Must be able to proceed with the OSS system, have good knowledge about OSS, and be able to process LKPM/ Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal (Mandatory requirement).
6. Complete comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation.
7. Ability to prioritize, and perform well under the pressure of multiple deadlines.
8. A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.

Job description:

1. Handling the company's OSS systems (including the LKPM system).
2. Update an Indonesia's Law Regulation (especially OSS's new regulation).
3. Proceed company's deeds, legalities, and law.
