Responsibility:

Day-to-day Execution

  • Assist HRGA Manager in Recruitment Process (sorting, invite and calculate Psychological Test or other tests required).
  • Control company assets and employee's needs.
  • Able to calculate PPh-21.
  • Handle all daily financial activities (Bank, Petty Cash, Office Regular Payments).
  • Ensure cashflow runs well.
  • Maintain cost efficiency related to cash movement in operational transactions.
  • Financial controller in providing account details and account reconciliation to meet company reporting requirements.
  • Conduct and lead communications with Clients, Vendors, Consultants, and external parties regarding financial, tax and accounting matters.
  • Prepare Invoices and Tax Invoices to Clients, monitor payment settlements.
  • Ensure that reconciliations such as AR, AP, Tax (PPN & WHT), Bank and Petty Cash for operational transactions are carried out weekly and monthly.

Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial activity reports.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Statements (P/L, B/S, Cash Flow).

Qualification:

  • Having job experiences 3+ years as Payroll or Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously (team)
  • Proficient in English both oral and written is a must.
  • Good computer literate, Advance Excel with formula.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized in work.
  • Strong in mathematical, analytical & problem-solving skill, excellent communication, and time management
  • Ability to act and operate with minimal daily direction from Manager to accomplish objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, and always maintain quality of work.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
