• Correspond via email and phone regarding late payments, resolving disputes, enquiries and other problem issues.
• Responsible for handling monthly and annual taxes using e-SPT all taxes, E-Billing, E-Invoicing, E-Filling
• Calculate and report all company tax payments
• Ensure there is no delay in the payment of corporate tax.
• Understand and up to date on the prevailing Taxation laws and regulations.
• Coordination with auditor internal and external
• Perform Bank and Account reconciliation in detail
• Performing the preparation of the company's financial statements
• Checking each journal to comply with PSAK, and Company SOP
• Ensuring all accounts are recorded properly and correctly
• Ensuring the recording of assets and their depreciation

Requirements :

• Have min 1 year working experience as tax and accounting staff
• Albe to operate Ms Excel
• Min. D3 Perpajakan / D3 Akuntansi
• Can operate eFaktur Pajak
• Prepare eSPT and Periodic Income Tax Return (SPT Masa PPh and PPN)
• Collect income tax withholding slip
• Make tax reporting
• Assist the finance department in tax management
• Make tax reconciliation
• Understand PPH 21, 23, 25, 29
• Brevet A and B
