Qualification:
 Job Description:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering
- At least 1-3 years working experience in readymix industry or related field
- Knowing well about Concrete knowledge and construction process
- Have ability create Concrete Mix Design
- Computer literate
- Good command in English written and spoken
- Good analytical thinking
- Understand the specifications of project/construction code
- Familiar with structure and building code (SNI/ ACI/ ASTM)
- Creative innovative thinking, self motivation, fast learner, team work player
- Has skills in technical and marketing to let the customer use our product and service solution
- Good presentation skill, active and communication
- Able to operate software design is a point plus
 Job Description:
- Support Sales team provide concrete mix design that customers needs
- Technical Support and Service Innovation related with concrete products
- Quality reporting and quality process improvement
- Approach customer to use product of service solution, provide technical assistance for sales team in term of service solution
- Analyze and do report daily/weekly/monthly of all activities relating to service solution
- Calculate concrete and installation cost
