Lowongan Internal Audit Manager di PT Asuransi Etiqa Internasional Indonesia

Job Descriptions:

• Establish risk-based annual audit plan and update the plan to remain agile.
• Review engagement audit plan prepared based on annual audit plan taking into consideration of changes of risk profiles.
• Review audit work program, working papers   and monitor execution of fieldwork to ensure completion within budgeted hours and timeline, and achieve audit objective.
• Discuss and review   audit findings raised by auditors to ensure validity and accuracy, and audit exit meeting is conducted.
• Finalise   audit report after taking into consideration    of management response and submit to SL for review and discussion.
• Assess competency gap of auditors and request for relevant trainings to improve their performance.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Insurance, Accounting, Finance or any other relevant or equivalent qualification.
• Possess adequate work experience in auditing General insurance as internal or external auditor.  
• At least 6 years experience in leading internal audit department and reporting to ACB.  
• Critical, strategic thinker, analytical and have an eye for detail
•  Effective verbal and writing communication skill in English
•  Good knowledge of General insurance operations, risks and regulations
• Diligent, efficient and good management skill
