Lowongan Sales Support Staff di PT Takasago International Indonesia

Due to Our staffs' maternity leave, we are currently looking for a temporary replacement for 6 months contract both for our office in BSD and our factory in Cikarang.

As a Sales support Staff you will assist Sales Division in achieving goals and target set by the company by:

• Managing and coordinating production trial samples with Production Planning, Logistics courier team and requestor to complete Sales request in the system. 
• Verifying and validating sales submitted P&C form and setup customer master in the system.    
• Processing and doing follow ups customers' request to related departments to ensure customers are satisfied.
• Ensuring customers' data and needs are updated regularly in the system to avoid mistakes, such as in delivery and pricing.
• Processing and executing sales requests.
• Preparing sales reports regularly.

You need to:

• Have at least a Diploma graduate from any major. Secretarial Diploma with an admin background is encouraged to apply.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks or support staff in any industries.
• Be able to communicate actively in Bahasa and in English, both in written and spoken form.
• Be administratively excellent, tidy and is able to work under tight deadlines.
• Be computer literate, especially with MS. Office and database softwares.
