The Head of Content Marketing is responsible for ensuring that the content produced is aligned with the company's brand messaging and goals, and is engaging, informative, and valuable to the target audience. This person will work closely with the marketing team to develop a content calendar, create content briefs, and manage a team of writers, and other content creators to execute on the content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and objectives. This includes creating a content calendar, identifying content themes, and selecting the most appropriate channels to distribute the content.
• Create high-quality and engaging content that resonates with the brand's target audience. This includes writing compelling blog posts, producing engaging videos, and designing captivating visuals that promote the brand and its products.
• Analyze and optimize content performance of the brand's content marketing efforts and adjust the strategy as needed. This includes tracking metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing. This includes staying informed about new tools and technologies, attending industry conferences and events, and networking with other professionals in the field to stay ahead of the competition.
• Provide guidance, direction, and feedback to ensure that the team is producing high-quality content that meets the brand's standards.

Qualifications

• Poses Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant major
• At least have 4 years work experience in similar role
• Strong marketing and branding knowledge to develop a content marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and objectives.
• Excellent writing and communication skills be able to create high-quality and engaging content that resonates with the brand's target audience.
• Have experience in developing and executing content marketing strategies and be able to oversee a team of content creators to produce high-quality content across various channels.
• Have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and be knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
