Responsibilities:

• Make rate policies and tour packages
• Formulate a marketing strategy
• Analysis of competitors, markets and trends
• Promote and sell products consistently and on target so as to generate potential company income
• Make banquet event orders or guest event orders
• Ensure that the event runs smoothly according to the dealing
• Assist the finance department in terms of payments from customers
• Make reports needed by management or anything related to sales and marketing activities

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing
2. Background and experience working in the field of hotel or tourism is a plus
3. Has a network of company / customer contacts in various industries
4. Preferable have a database / guest history / prospect history
5. Have a pleasant personality, thirst for achievement, like to socialize, have a passion for service, smartly hardworking, high self-confidence, mature & have a passion for learning and are tenacious
6. Good English language skills preferable
7. Good communication & negotiations skills
8. Likes to accept challenges, dares to be different and is able to achieve company targets
