Lowongan E-Commerce Manager di PT Clarindotama Perdana

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with a background majoring in Business Management / Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a specialist in the field of E-Commerce
• Mastering Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)
• Experience in the field of E-Commerce / Digital Marketing approximately 3 - 5 years
• Have experience in E-Commerce platforms (SFCC is a plus) and email marketing platforms (Adobe campaigns are a plus)
• Able to communicate well, verbally and non-verbally
• Customer focused, result-oriented, and passionate
• Able to work quickly and multi-tasking
• Can work together in a team, open minded, and can adapt easily
• Accurate, systematic, and methodical
• Must be able to speak English both orally and in writing

Responsibility:

1. E-Commerce Commercial

• Fully manage Clarins Indonesia website, ensure the site is #1 top destination for online shopping, and maintain the site as a platform to attract & recruit consumers to experience a luxury behaviour
• Develop sales forecast, replenishment order (sell-thru), listing / delisting products, and monitor any return / refund ensuring operation run smoothly
• Ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Provide performance reporting and analysis (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and present to all key stakeholders
• Provide insights on consumer shopping trends to identify any gaps and continuously improve the site along with the trends

2. E-Commerce Marketing

• Develop and monitor brand content, product assortments and visual merchandising is up to date as aligned with each campaign
• Strategize & develop promotion plan, manage the changes, and ensuring the communication run in timely manner
• Develop and monitor digital marketing plan including web, SEO/SEM, google ads, social media, etc.ensuring the KPI achievement on traffic, conversion, ROI, etc.
• Provide performance reporting and analysis (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and present to all key stakeholders
