- Overseeing daily business operations MEP Department.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Creating and managing budgets.and be accountable for the Profit and Loss on CME Department including all assigned projects which include of projects invoiced and collections targets to be met
- Improving revenue.
- Evaluating performance and productivity including define key KPIs to be tracked
- Lead and manage the people in the department
- Training low-level managers and staff.
- Responsible to supervisi existing projects including facing the clients and be able to develop relationships internally and with client
- Good in creating network internally of company including shareholder, holding and existing & future client
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or any related education
- Minimum of 10 years experience in electrical/mechanical engineering with clear experience in MEP
- Experience in handling high value and complex multiple projects
