Requirements

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor or Master Degree in any field, Management or Psychology would be an advantage
• Have various experience in HR operation at least 5 years as Supervisor or 3 years as Assistant Manager
• Language: English Communicative Level
• Understand the flow of recruitment, selection and placement process, and labor regulations related to employee PKWT/PKWTT/Probation Period
• Have knowledge about the procedure of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan; HR Regulations, government regulations related to employment
• Able to carry out HR and GA administration processes;
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and good leadership
• Able to join immediately

Job Descriptions

·         Responsible for salary matters (e.g. salary, allowance, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

·         Responsible for drafting and creating job descriptions of each position, company policy, and procedures, etc.

·         Responsible for disciplining employees, e.g. giving warning verbal/letter.

·         Manage all employee data and ensure the data is updated.

·         Following the updated government regulation related to employment and ensuring that it is applied efficiently in the company.

·         Make sure the office building and facility running well.

·         Review draft of contract or agreement, e.g. rent agreement, NDA, etc

·         Responsible for recruiting process, from advertising until placement.

·         Responsible in renew or extend all company legal documents, making preparing of meetings and annual events.

·         Bridging relations between employees and the company.
