- Managing and response to the brands digital Inquiry media platform such as Website, Email, Social Media
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for customer service of the brands digital inquiry platform
- Ensuring the product availability in the appointed boutique
- Liase with boutique team to manage and monitor customer appointment
- Preparing digital inquiry report
- Arrange future strategy for effective inquiries report (offline & online)
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Having at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing field
- Excellent analytical thinking and data-driven decision making skills
- Having proficiency in both verbal and writing English is a must
- Having the experience in a high end retail environment
- Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
- Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver
- Having flexibility in work schedule is required, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as operational need may require.
