• Monitoring and evaluating the achievement of sales targets
• Reviewing and ensuring the readiness of the sales order for delivering process
• Responsible to monitoring and controlling activities in branch 
• Organize and execute sales & marketing activities, including monitoring competitor activities, market research, promotion, etc.
• Responsible for the performance of subordinates to achieve the target

Requirements:

• Maximum 42 years old
• Bachelor's degree from all faculty
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
• Previous experience in Building Materials Industry will be prioritized
• Have a strong capability as a leader and can continue to improve performance and motivate a team
• Able to supervise subordinates to achieve sales target effectively & efficiently
• Highly integrity, honest, committed & responsible person
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as with customers
• Good leadership skills
• Computer literate
• Have driving license
• Fluency in Indonesian, English (required), and Mandarin (desired)
• Work placement: Madiun
