Job Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to be able to do market penetration
• Expanding the marketing area
• Develop Brand Image of Gold Coin feed products, and be able to maintain existing brand images
• Promoting Gold Coin Products to all poultry/livestock stakeholders
• Establish cooperation with customers/relations/government related to the development of Gold Coin feed products
• Establish good communication with the Indonesian feed mill association (GPMT)
• Monitor work performed by sales admin supervisors, sales admin staff, and depo admins
• Perform regular customer visits

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree from any discipline preferably from Animal Husbandry & Veterinary.
• At least 10 years of work experience in a feed mill company
• Having 5 years experience as a team leader
• Good in English both oral and written.
• Proven administrative, leadership, and management ability in the areas of strategic planning and organizational development.
