Lowongan Staff Finance, Accounting and Tax di PT Aktio Equipment Indonesia

Job Description:

1. Understand & able to do daily accounting, tax, and administration paperwork of the company.
2. Understand & able to do all transactions bank, petty cash including payment to supplier and other expense to other party.
3. Understand & able to do all bank reconciliations.
4. Responsible to input all invoices from supplier to accounting software, and able to make report account payable.
5. Prepare payroll salary calculations for operator.
6. Understanding and able to create accrued, prepaid, advance, journals.
7. Make calculations & deductions WHT Art 21, Art 23, Art 26, 4(2) and others.
8. Understand and able to make e-Faktur & e-SPT Masa
9. Responsible to organize the documentation control of all relevant financial transactions.
10. Support the management for any reporting when needed.

Qualification:

1. Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with maximum 35 years old.
2. At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): computer, negotiation, has experience for using accounting software, and office excel.
4. Required language(s): English and Indonesia
5. Able to communicate and adapt well, likes to do things that are detailed.
6. Conscientious in doing his job & careful in doing the jobs.
7. Preferably has Certificate for Tax Brevet
8. Has own vehicle (motorbike) and able to drive it with valid License.
