Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology
• Minimal of 5 years of recruiting experience
• Undestand psychologycal tools and interpretation
• Understand and strong in Legal, Recruitment, Organization & People Development, ComBen, HR Services, Industrial Relation, K3 and ISO 9001:2015.
• Good in Managerial Team, Leadership, Negotiation and Communication Skill.
• Understand UU Cipta Kerja & UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft and Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Systems.
• Able to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities :

• Deep understanding in all aspects of HR (Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relations, and People Development)
• Having deep knowledge about Indonesia’s Labour Law & Regulation 
• Evaluate and monitor the implementation of company's policy and regulation
• Handle mapping competency
• Can speak english fluently
