Logistic Administration & Accounting

You job is to handle administration work of shipment, booking container, submitting required document into and making sure the client is updated with the shipment progress. You will also be required to handle the reporting and accounting aspects.

Responsibility:

1. Handling shipping documents (Checking PEB, CIPL, HBL, HS Code, COO and input cargo Manifest)

2. Monitoring shipment and updating customer 

3. Handling reporting and accounting for transactions (Collecting and report PPh23, PPh21, PPh4(2), PPh15, and release PPN (Faktur Pajak).

Requirements:

1. A degree from a reputable University (S1)

2. English proficient

3. Minimum 2 years of experience handling shipping document

4. Minimum 2 years of experience handling accounting in shipping/logistic company

5. Hybrid working condition but will be based in Jakarta later
