Lowongan Tenant Leasing Staff (Administration) di PT Aeon Mall Indonesia

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Economics or Business
• Maximum 30 years old.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in a shopping mall, handling Leasing Administration
• Master the use of Microsoft Office 365. Excellent writing skills with attention to details
• High initiative and can work independently
• Good communication in English both oral and written
• Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level
• Mature, pleasant personality, analytical, good communication, hard-working, independent & able to fulfill the target within less supervision
• Willing to work at the BSD area
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to other Project Mall/other company within 1 group

Job Descriptions :

• Preparation and execution of lease documents such as Letter of Offer and Lease Agreements for the new or renewal Tenants 
• Updating Leasing information and keeping track of renewals and Lease expiry
• Follow up closely with Tenants for any outstanding documents related to the lease documents
• Preparation of reports 
• Assisting with any ad-hoc task such as answering phone calls, distributing documents, and processing leasing team reimbursement
• Coordinating with the finance department, to process and issue the invoice to tenants.
• Coordinating with other related departments in regard to the distribution of leasing documents and other administrative matters.
