Job Description :

-Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

- Improve operational management systems, review operational policies and procedures, processes and best practices .

- Monitoring purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency

- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

- Formulate strategic and operational objectives

- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

- Manage budgets and forecasts

- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

- Work with the board of management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.

Job Requiremnts :

- Bachelor Degree in Engine, Management or related field

- 10+ Years in Operation 

- Proven experience as Operation Manager, minimum 3 years of professional experience at this level with successful track record in related industry.

- Have experience in Building material or paint industrial is a advantage  

- Thorough knowledge of supply chain, production, R&D any operation principles and procedures
