Deskripsi Pekerjaan


The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
  • Responsible in shipping documentation ie: recording and collecting data for Original Bill of Lading (OBL);
  • Responsible in handling vessels’ petty cash and reporting;
  • Responsible in checking port disbursement, liaise with agent, input data and reporting for all countries;
  • Responsible in checking vessels’ expense to Batam including costing, reporting and data collection;
  • Responsible in recording and checking on vessels’ defect reports;
  • Provide assistance to Shipping Operations team that include handling of vessel and agencies formalities at Batam and other appointment;
  • Organize meeting agenda, prepare presentation slides and coordinate with other departments for data and do reporting as and when required.
 Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in any field;
  • 1-2 years' working experience. Fresh graduates may also apply;
  • Fluent in English language (Verbal & Written) and able to communicate in Mandarin will be a plus;
  • Proactive and willing to learn;
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team;
  • Meticulous and ability to work under pressure;
  • Will be based in Batam.

Remunerations will commensurate with relevant qualification/experience.
