Lowongan Tenant Relation Officer di PT Summerville Property Management

Responsibilties :

• Maintain relationship with tenants.
• Provide information to tenants about buidling facilities, events, etc.
• Receive, input and follow-up on requests and complain from tenants.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 (D3) in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as Tenant Relation/Customer Service in Apartment/Mall.
• Required Skill(s): Computer, Communication Skill, Negotiation, Handling Complain, Service-Oriented.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Proficient with English.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Serpong/Kelapa Gading/Bekasi.
