Job Description
- Coordinate New Products Developments groups to develop strategies for new products
- Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
- Administer all sample requirements for reference and testing of PD team by ensuring timely supplier's compliance to avoid delays.
- Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate manufacturing processes.
- Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required procedures.
- Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure good quality product.
- Coordinate with engineering and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing Plan for products.
- Assist Manufacturing department and manage communication across all departments.
- Monitor operations of product and evaluate designs and ensure adherence to all design and manufacture principles.
- Work with design engineering and assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high volume products.
- Develop prototype design according to required techniques and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with senior management and maintain knowledge on product status and prepare appropriate reports.
- Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by management.
- Represent the NPI team where necessary at internal, customer and regulatory audits.
- Ensure the correct equipment is present within the department, always maintained at the required level for execution of methods to support manufacture and all product testing.
- Ensure existing product analyzed and maintain with the updated specification and parameter
- Explore new processes, material and any other aspect that can improve existing products
- To work with QA and Production for updated LSD, TDS and BOM
- College/University of any business-related course
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing and/ or Printing Manufacturing
- Good knowledge of Printing production process, project plan and execution
- Fluent English & Bahasa Indonesia        Â
- Proven Excel, Word, PowerPoint
