• Responsible to handling Recruitment for Jakarta Head office and maintain recruitment site
• Responsible for whole proses recruitment (end to end recruitment ) and coordination with Manager & GM at site – MPP ( Manpower Plan)
• To make sure all process recruitment at site run well based on SOP
• Responsible to achieve target of recruitment to fulfil Manpower requisition of each department
• Reporting weekly & monthly progress recruitment to HR Manager / Management
• Budget & Cost Recruitment

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree – Psychology or any Major
• Minimum 8 year handling in recruitment
• Have experience 5 years as PIC recruitment in Plantation and control for recruitment at Head Office & Site
• Understanding of Indonesian regulation
• Understanding and familiar implemented tools of psychology test
• Expert using MS Office / Excel (formula)
• Having relationship with the agent recruitment and or recruitment in social media
• Communication in English will be advantage
• Willing travel to site
