Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in Architecture
• Having minimum 8 years experience in high rise building and hotel
• Having a good ability to operate any kind applications that support architectural work
• Able to handle projects independently and communicate well
• Able to speak English

Job Descriptions:

• Make sure all the drawings and documents are well prepared and reviewed at every stages; For Information, For Tender and For Construction phase
• Make sure all the drawings are in accordance with SOP and standard to the project
• Coordinating with consultants, design team or other internal division related
• Site visit to monitoring on going project is well constructed based on drawings issued
• Supervise & Inspect all Architectural, ID and Landscape works carried out by contractor and sub-con
• Ensure compliance with all Architectural, ID and Landscape specifications and achieve quality aspect of works
