Sales Manager Project Outdoor Furniture

We are looking for a proactive sales executive/ sales manager to work from our showroom in Bali.

Coordination and development of customer solutions resulting in a project plan of equipment scope and project deliverables. Positioning the project, assisting in developing the bid strategy and winning sales are additional major accountabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

·    Build Business by identifying the needs of our existing clients and prospects from the hotel and hospitality industry

·    Maintain and nurturing relationships with existing private and commercial clients

·    Outreach to new leads and prospects and creating business relationships

Job Duties:

·    Identify and secure potential clients by cold-calling, e-mailing or direct meeting

·    Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business

·    Support and implement sales strategy and technique in cooperation with the marketing team

·    Develop best practices for online sales and marketing

·    Understand clients needs and identify product trends to meet client requirements

·    Create innovative ways to build business from individual accounts

·    Work with management team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth

·    Coordinate and execute sales incentive plans to achieve marketing goals

·    Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to clients

·    Develop and maintain sales records of customers entering the showroom, sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc.

·    Evaluate and enhance current trade shows, conventions, and other marketing events to develop new opportunities

·    Provide excellent customer service and work closely with the production team by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner

·    Use websites, social media, and online marketing channels to increase sales and conversions, and to promote a business, product, or service

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

·    At least 3 Years of working experience in the sale field, retail, online sales

·    Candidate must have at least a Bachelors degree in business, sales, or related field.

·    Experience with digital marketing and online sales

·    Excellent and fluent in English and Bahasa, written and spoken

·    Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

·    Excellent organizing skills

·    Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles

·    Technical skills: Email, Sales CRM, Office, especially Excel and Word, a thorough understanding of user search patterns, web editing techniques, and different software programs is key to this role
