About the jobThe employee is responsible for the production planning and inventory control. He /she has a critical role in leading the coordination between production, warehouse and sales departments to ensure that the production deadlines are met.

• Lead the coordination with production, warehouse and sales administration team to ensure that customer order shipping deadlines are met,
• Analyze sales order volume and component availability to come up with component replenishment proposal,
• Ensure that all components are properly ordered, received and invoiced in our ERP Purchase Module,
• Follow up the outsourced production of semi-finished (screen printed fabrics),
• Ensure that all production orders are properly entered in our ERP inventory module and our Production module,
• Ensure that all Purchase Orders of our retail store are properly recorded in our Point of Sales software,
• Lead the deeper integration of our ERP Inventory module with our operations (replenishment, assembly/production, product maintenance etc.),
• In charge of the proper creation and maintenance of products in our ERP inventory module, wholesale portal and Point of Sales software.
• Come up with proposal to upgrade the Production Module.

Requirements :

• At least 5 years of working experience in same position
• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or other equivalent with job responsibility
• Good Analytical thinking, Problem solving, Team spirit, Willingness to learn, and Fast Learner
• High attention on detail
• Excellent communication and leadership
• Active English both oral and written
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office: Excel
• Required Skills: Production planning, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for garment operation, strong character to lead by example, and experienced in Lean Manufacturing System.
• Familiar with ERP, especially Inventory module
