PT. Rejeki Abadi Jaya Perkasa is an Indonesian owned and run company specializing in food manufacturing. Today, our workforce of approxiamtely 250-300 people are spread across our premises in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. We are looking for HR Manager located in our region with responsibilities and requirements as follow:

Job Responsibilities

• Leading and managing human resource activities in line with the organization's value, culture, and business plan
• Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and regulations
• Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships
• Handle HR related investigations
• Compile and update employee records
• Assist in payroll preparations
• Administer all aspects of human resources including but not limited to talent acquisition, employees relations, corporate culture, organization development, career planning and development, and compensation and benefits
• Implement human resource practices in accordance to federal laws, policies, and procedures
• Prepare and process monthly payroll in a timely manner with zero inaccuracies
• Deal with relevant government and statutory bodies
• Participate in HR initiatives for long term success of the organization

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of working in Manufacturing
• Proficient in human resource matters
• Strong communicator with excellent written communication skills
• Pragmatic, emphatic, and highly analytical
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Willing to work Semarang, Jawa Tengah
