Lowongan Sales Manager di PT Quanta Land Indonesia

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure Sales target are achieved
• Implement agreed sales objectives and action plans
• Plan and formulate effective sales channels marketing strategies for assign project to increase sales activities in local and international market
• Strong design to building sales pipelines and achieving sales result and profitability with background in luxury property 
• Formulate pricing and sales strategy and lead sales team to achieve companies sales target 
• Liaise with appoint real estate sales and agencies to review sales feedbacks and activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospect customer and real estate sales/agencies
• Lead, motivated and manage sales team and sales agent to achieve desired sales target 
• Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends and pricing 
• Report and update project sales status to management
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
• To perform long-distance promotion (WeChaat, Zoom, etc) of our project to oversees customer
• Responsible for daily operation in sales marketing gallery as per schedule to achieve the monthly target by promoting the developer company development projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holders in any field
• Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in property development industry
• A target driven, sales-oriented, self-motivated and focus on revenue
• Must have proven track record in previous employments
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and international sales channels
• Able to speak ENGLISH
