Requirement:

1.    Has graduated Bachelor Degree in Law, Management, Psychology or any field

2.    Has 3 years experience as HR, GA Manager or Operational Manager

3.    Ability to influence individuals and teams in order to achieve the goal

4.    Able to communicate in English Fluently

5.    Basic to advance using Computer

6.    Max 40 years old

7.    Understand about ISO 9001; 45001; SMK3

Job Scope:

1.    Supervise Legal, HR, GA, IT, HSE department.

2.    Maintain all office legal and permit document, dealing and liaise with related external party.

3.    Make organization structure.

4.    Maintain office facility and assets.

5.    Monitor all foreign worker stuff such as permit, car and driver, housing, children school, language course, other foreign worker facility.

6.    Ensure the company runs the K3.

7.    Manage audit internal and external.

8.    Monitor and maintain job scope from Legal, HR, GA, IT, HSE, etc.
