Deskripsi Pekerjaan


The Field Service Engineer provides timely and proper technical service support to Rieckermann INDONESIA’s customers. This includes installations, reinstallations and preventive maintenance for conventional machines. 

The employee shall complete his/her working hours and days as described on the following SOP: HR-001 “Employee Working Days & Hours”. If this is not given, the absence will be treated as described under the clause “Definition” in the SOP.

The employee shall follow all regulations and processes given by the organization and his/her managers, especially but not limited to in regards of HSE (health, safety & environment).

Technical Service

Provide installation, maintenance, repair and support of industrial equipment and solutions for customers

  • Installation of machinery [MECHANICAL and/or ELECTIRCAL] and plant components according to plans and engineering drawings.
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Have experiences in handling high pressure pump compressor CNG & LNG
  • Perform emergency service at the customer’s site, if needed
  • Troubleshoot via phone, email or in person
  • Email communication with machine manufactures for troubleshooting support and technical clarifications
  • Attend meetings with regards to installations, service matters, technical solutions and administrative matters of the company
  • Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other departments, in order to offer solutions that fulfill the customer’s needs

Reporting

Ensure accurate reporting concerning operations and services

  • Provide customer with service/installation reports
  • Submit service reports and job cards/time sheets to manager
  • Gather and report information at customer site regarding process and quality concerns, to create new business opportunities

Spare Parts

Recommend spare parts to customers

  • Provide information and help customer to upgrade/retrofit their machine (spare parts recommendation)
  • Cost-conscious and sensitive handling of spare parts and work equipment

Customer Relationship

Develop, establish and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers 

  • Train customer to operate/maintain machine
  • Provide excellent service to customers by giving undivided attention and focus on meeting their needs
  • Anticipate questions, concerns and future issues and provide solutions, which will consistently result in repeated business, word of mouth referrals and increased quality of service providing
  • Find solutions to customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

SECONDARY

  • To assist on ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the Management.
  • Willing to work extra hours to complete tasks and fulfil customer’s needs.
