Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Execellent Knowledge in Food Safety Management System, Quality Control, WIP, Manufacturing, Management, Inspection, GMP, HACCP, BRC, Halal regulation, SAP,
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
To manage, lead & supervise the QC and QA department at the manufacturing plant.
To report to the Management on the performance of the quality management system and to ensure the effective operation of the quality management systems.
Ensure the implementation of FSMS (Food Safety Management System) in the company
Determine standard, method, test procedure RM / PM, WIP, until finished good and ensure its implementation.
To monitor product quality according to specifications & requirements.
To be placed in Surabaya and Dampit, Jawa Timur
