Lowongan CNC Technician di PT Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the maintenance work is done in a coordinated manner and maintain the expertise and maintenance work by applying a safe and efficient and comply with quality standards of products PT. Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing
• Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, Siemens and NIT) & Fault finding and part replacements.
• Pull and replace machine linear guides and ball screws.
• Working knowledge of tool Probing function for CNC Mill Machines.
• Able to work with complex NC machine up to & including 5 Axis.
• Perform machine leveling and alignment on all machines.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and maintenance companies to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electronically role.
• Minimum 1 years experience in similar capacity.
• Have knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, Siemens and NTT) & Fault finding.
• Have knowledge of tool probing function for CNC Mill Machines.
• Able to work with complex NC machine up to & including 5 Axis
• Perform machine levelling and alignment on all machine.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics and software, electrical pneumatric and mechanical system.
